We are seeking an experienced Investment Lead with a clear path to General Partner in Fund II. Strong LP momentum, established deal flow, and remote-first structure. About the Role
This is an opportunity to shape a new fund from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding GP to lead due diligence, structure investments, and support portfolio companies. The role is initially structured as part-time or advisory, allowing for a gradual transition. Full-time commitment will begin upon successful fundraising (~$25–50M first close).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or corporate VC

• Direct involvement in 20–50 transactions (Seed to Series B)

• Strong execution capabilities: term sheet negotiation, board engagement, portfolio support

• Sector experience in AI, robotics, health tech, or frontier technologies preferred

• Demonstrated alignment with founder-first, purpose-driven investing

• High level of integrity, discretion, and long-term commitment to building a differentiated platform
